Apprenticeships

An Apprenticeship gives you hands on experience, whilst earning a salary and the opportunity to gain qualifications whilst you work even up to a degree level.

Whoever you are, whatever your background, an apprenticeship in our safe, experienced hands, could kick start your future and give you the career you want and deserve.

Once you start an Apprenticeship with Advanced Care, you will be enrolled on our e-portfolio which is through one of our awarding bodies iCQ (I Can Qualify), it gives you access to innovative online learning content and is easily navigated (meaning you can learn from wherever you like, at times that suit you, you can access a computer at our office, use your own if applicable, an internet cafe, or a library) although all the support you could possibly need is always on hand from our industry specific Assessors and Tutors, who between them have many years background experience in the field, our continuing Professional development (CPD) is regularly updated and we remain hands on, which means that on any one particular day we remain in contact with our individuals, delivering personal care, making meals etc and listening so we remain aware of their changing needs and this can then be fed back to the Personal Assistants who are the everyday first point of contact.
