Advanced Care Yorkshire Training pride ourselves in our knowledge of the industry, gained over 40 years. Based on this we offer a personalised service to employers, organisations and companies who utilise our services. We believe our service is second to none. From our first point of contact we focus on the specific requirements and needs of each individual client.
For more information about our in house mandatory, specialised, child care or bespoke courses please see below.
After initial contact we meet with the commissioner of the training services to listen, learn and discuss what is important, this is then turned into an organisational needs analysis that pinpoints training areas. All paperwork is designed and completed together, with our Manager, to ensure that the individual or organisation has the maximum input into how the service is tailored specifically for themselves. From our Company and our staff we demand, honesty, reliability and Integrity, we recognise that understanding our client’s needs is key. Our trainers are sourced and then put through our Train the Trainer program, Health and Social Care specifics and also learn to teach to external industries.
We are able to train from single individuals to groups of ten or more dependent on the course requested and the level of interaction and participation required for the practical elements. We carry as standard all equipment required to complete a course, with comprehensive step by step handouts, and test papers which are marked by a qualified assessor. Papers are then returned to the client company along with copies of evaluation sheets, registers and Certification to provide a quality auditable paper trail.
We pride ourselves on training to the highest standards and as such nothing is too much trouble, our pass grades are high and we ensure that if additional help or support is needed then this is forth coming.
